I've purchased many items online and rarely do I write a review. I can only compare this instructional DVD to another Leadbetter product "From Beginner To Winner" which I consider well worth the money. This interactive product though, is a profound golf tutorial that I keep going back to over and over. The visual tools and training drills provided have proved most effective for me. The dispelling of many golf myths alone is worth the price of admission.

I have always wanted to video tape my swing and have a program that would help me understand the mechanics. This great DVD package delivered that capability with easy to follow instructions and simple to use analysis tools including the ability to download pro players swings to view next to yours. I am a lefty and this is not a problem as you can inverse the image. The other DVD's included provide very helpful lessons from David Leadbetter on the full mechanics of the swing and excercises to correct common mistakes. The price of this program is less than a single golf lesson and I think it is easily the best money I have spent on working to become a better golfer.

I had most of Leaderbetter's golf videos in VHS but I still think it's worth it. The reason is that some computer animation or graphics help me to understand the difference which is better than his old videos.

This videos are really good, because they do not only help you to understand the techniques but also they help you to analyse your swing (they tell you how to do it, step by step) and once you know what your problem is they teach you the drills you need to practice in order to correct your problems. If you are not sure what your problem is or want a more profesional help, you can send your swing videos to David's academy and they will help you. Every thing is easy to understand, it is easy to make your video recordings (with almost any video camera). To take maximun advantage of this product I will suggest buying the swing setter by david. I think it is all you need to really improve your game. David Leadbetter Swing Setter Swing Trainer It worked for me and my daughter. Good lock.
Great tool to understand the swing July 11, 2009

I have had taped lessons from a pro previously. At $50 a half hour you really don't get a chance to view the video and understand your own swing. With this tool David takes you through understanding what you taped and gives drills to correct the faults. The DVDs seem to be the same information that is in the software. I have tested other swing analysis software but this is only one that teaches you what to look for and then how to correct it. Others may have more bells and whistles but for me this is all I need. I would like to be able to say I am playing better golf but many of my faults are hard to break and as a once a week golfer my scores have not really improved yet but I have been able to break the Slice, Slice then pull hook problem I had. So that is progress. This software is well worth the price, basically a couple of lessons or rounds of golf.
